Abstract: The effect of active hydrogen accumulation on the surface of the Ni-nanodiamond catalysts has been demonstrated. Lower bound estimation of the hydrogen capacity is 1.3 wt%. Oxygen-containing functional groups on the nanodiamond surface are presumably responsible for the hydrogen accumulation.
