Abstract: In the new method for evaluation of Pt/Al2O3 efficiency in oxidation of soot with NO+O2+N2 mixture the number of NO to NO2 recycles is determined on the basis of surplus CO2 emission resulted from the injection of known amount of NO into O2+N2 stream.
