Abstract: The condensation of 2-alkyl-4,6-di(hydroxymethyl)glycoluriles with aliphatic amines has been studied for the first time, and chiral derivatives of 2,4,6,8,10-pentaazatricyclo[5.3.1.03.11]undecane-1,5-diones have been synthesised. The first example of conglomerates in the series of such structures, 2-tert-butyl-8-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2,4,6,8,10-pentaazatricyclo[5.3.1.03.11]undecane-1,5-dione, has been found.
