Abstract:
The most probable size of carbon nanoclusters produced under supercritical conditions by pulsed laser ablation from a graphite foil covered by a glass plate gradually decreased from 40 to 10 nm as the laser power density increased from 0.05 to 1.6 GW cm−2.
