Abstract:
Analogues of platelet activating factor, 1-O-[2′-(R,S)-methoxyhexadecyl]-2-O-acetyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine and 3-O-[2′-(R,S)-methoxyhexadecyl]-2-O-acetyl-sn-glycero-1-phosphocholine, have been synthesized.
