M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University
Abstract: The main objective of this paper is the analysis of complete mathematical model of light scattering by a penetrable particle deposited on a substrate surface. Numerical scheme based on Discrete Sources Method extension is constructed. Computer simulating results are discussed.
