Abstract: Initial boundary value problem for the Navier–Stokes equations with time-dependent discontinuity in the type of boundary conditions is proposed to describe both the ocean dynamics under the influence of a hurricane and the dynamics of a hurricane over solid ground. Tools for solution of the stated problems are being displayed including the case of compressible medium.
