Abstract: The problem was considered to cancel mutual debts for a system of enterprises. The fractioning method was proposed that turns the optimal canceling finding to the special kind of a linear programming task. The extra-fast iterative algorithm for this task was constructed and investigated. The algorithm effectiveness was demonstrated on one model and one real examples. Some extensions of this method were considered to another problems of financial accounts and an economic monitoring. The fractioning method may be the core of regional and federal computer systems for clearing accounts.
