Methodics of the advanced disturbances propagation for the explicit Godunov-like scheme

N. S. Yatskevich

Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute
Abstract: The new approach for the acceleration of calculation process is suggested. It is based on the Advanced Disturbances Propagation (APD) methodics. The method is intended for the numerical simulation of the flows with complex structure in the cases when the global structure is defined by the local peculiarities, but these peculiarities are defined by the global structure. The tests performed for the plane plate with laminar-turbulent transition and the hypersonic inlet, detected that the new approach allows to get the same result as the traditional Godunov-Kolgan-Rodionov scheme, but the computation time diminishes in six times.
