Abstract: The problem of optimization of a diversified industrial complex parameters of operation in financial crisis conditions is investigated. The mathematical model of its functioning in the form of dynamic noncooperative game of the enterprises is described. The optimum modes of operation of the enterprises of an industrial complex under conditions of deficit of external demand and contractors' debts are found.
