Structural transformations in the ZrO$_2$ – Al$_2$O$_3$ nanocomposite by heating

I. S. Kucuk, O. V. Almjasheva

State Technological Institute of St. Petersburg (Technical University)
Abstract: The transformations of structures in the nanocomposite ZrO$_2$ – amorphous Al$_2$O$_3$ in the process of heat treatment were investigated. It is shown that melting of non-autonomous phase is the key process leading to starting of active transformations in the structure of the composite.
Keywords: nanoparticles, nanocomposites, nonautonomous phase, structural transformations, ZrO$_2$, Al$_2$O$_3$, hydrothermal synthesis.
