A. M. Basharovab

a Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (State University)
b National Research Centre "Kurchatov Institute", Moscow
Abstract: The paper has been aimed at reviewing the basic concepts of fractional analysis, and typical general kinetic cases of localized open systems giving rise to applying the equations with fractional derivatives.
Keywords: open systems, transport processes and relaxation, subordinated processes and Levy processes, stochastic differential equations.
