Abstract: A corrective modeling of the density function of Venus based on the PVM model, which assumes a five-layer internal structure of the planet, is carried out. The analytical and graphical forms of new density functions are obtained for three physically valid approximations, conditioned by permissible changes in the dimensions of the planet’s core and crust.
Keywords: internal structure, planet mass, planet radius, density function, spherical layer, PVM model.
