X-ray reflection from a curved multilayer mirror

Abstract: A new theoretical method has been developed for calculating the X-ray reflection from a curved multilayer mirror. It is performed the numerical simulation of reciprocal space maps from such mirror, as well as reflection curves in the specular and non-specular directions.
Keywords: curved multilayer X-ray mirror, reciprocal space mapping, two-dimensional recurrence relations.
