Simple operation scheme of graphene-based biosensor

Abstract: Gapless and gapped graphene encapsulated with a semiconductor substrate and a biomolecule-antigen Ab, with which the tested biomolecule-antigen Ag is brought into contact, is considered as a biosensor. The conditions under which the connection of Ag to Ab changes the type of conductivity of encapsulated graphene have been determined. The process of changing the type of conductivity is illustrated graphically.
