Abstract:
We have studied the effect of an external magnetic field on the ferroelectric phase transition in KH$_2$PO$_4$ nanoparticles embedded in macroporous magnetic glass with an average pore diameter of 50 nm. It is established that, in a magnetic field of 10 T, the ferroelectric phase transition temperature increases by approximately 6 K.
