Abstract: Adsorption on single-layer graphene at finite adatom concentrations is considered within the surface-molecule model. The main channels of adatom interaction (dipole-dipole repulsion and exchange) are taken into account. It is shown that the consideration of interaction leads to adatom depolarization.
