Abstract: Changes in the structure of an electromagnetic field in a round screened waveguide are considered in a frame of reference moving with the velocity of wave propagation in the immobile frame. A method for calculation of the characteristics of a waveguide with a nonideal screening surface is proposed on the basis of a relativistic approach.
