Abstract:
The possibility of using the thermally controlled structural phase transition in lanthanum-strontium manganite to vary the delay time of high-frequency acoustic waves is demonstrated. It is shown that the delay time can be controlled within 10% in the frequency range of 10–1000 MHz.
