Configuration of minimal domains in dipole lattices

A. M. Shutyi

Ulyanovsk State University
Abstract: Lattices of magnetic dipoles made of a small number of rows (two to four) are studied. Minimal stationary domains that can be formed in the lattices and conditions of their formation are revealed. It is shown that it is sufficient to expose a single dipole to an external magnetic field in order to destroy the domain. Comparative analysis of a change in the magnetic moment of the system accompanying formation and destruction of domains in different lattices is performed.
