Abstract:
Electrically reconstructable one-dimensional photon crystal, which is formed based on a coplanar wave guide with periodic modulation of wave resistance, is investigated. To ensure electrical reconstruction of the photon crystal, the coplanar wave guide is formed based on the Ba$_{0.8}$Sr$_{0.2}$TiO$_3$-magnesia heterostructure. The possibility of controlling the amplitude and phase-sensitive characteristics of the device under study is shown.
