Abstract:
We have studied the temperature dependence of the characteristics of the resonant magnetoelectric (ME) interaction in the planar composite structure comprising a ferroelectric layer of lead magnesium niobate-lead titanate and a layer of nickel. It is established that an increase in the temperature in a 220–340 K interval is accompanied by a decrease in the resonance frequency and in the efficiency of the interaction. The results can be used in developing methods for thermal stabilization of ME devices.
