Physics and geometry of knots-quivers correspondence

In this talk I will talk about the physical and geometric interpretation of knots-quivers correspondence in terms of 3d N=2 theories and holomorphic disks. I will keep it very basic, but nevertheless I encourage everyone to pay attention to Piotr Sulkowski’s presentation on Thursday as it will provide an excellent introduction.
