NUMERICAL ANALYSIS of THE EFFECT of DESTRUCTION of THE SOLUTION of a ONE-DIMENSIONAL INITIAL-BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM of a THERMAL-ELECTRIC MODEL of a SEMICONDUCTOR
Abstract:
The report is devoted to the study of the destruction of the solution of a thermal-electric model of a semiconductor. A one-dimensional initial-boundary value problem is considered, in which the unknown functions are the potential and the temperature field. In this case, a nonlinear term is present in the equation for the temperature field. The Rosenbrock scheme with a complex coefficient was chosen as a numerical method for solving the system of differential equations. The solution failure time was determined based on the results of numerical calculations.
