Bike tracks, forced pendula, symplectic group and completely integrable systems

I will describe the above named objects and will describe a surprisingly close connection between them, mentioning also a recent solution of Menzin's conjecture (1906). Some of this talk is based on our joint work with Sergei Tabachnikov, Robert Foote and Warren Weckesser.
