Abstract: Mathematical model for automated rating of scientific journals for decision support in acquisition of scientific journals in the information centre is presented. The statistical technique of weighing based on the use of learning sample and reference criterion is developed for selection of the most significant criteria and determination of their priorities in condition of data incompleteness. To compute scientific journals rating the analytic hierarchy process is used.
