Abstract: The approach to economic-mathematical modeling of incentive systems for the workers of special mechanical engineering enterprises is considered. The incentive system under conditions of intensification of manufacture is developed. The area of coordination of economic interests of management and executors is estimated. The synthesis algorithm for incentive system is offered.
