Synthesis of special symbols for optical information-processing systems

Abstract: A set of modified symbols, representing a combined image of a symbol which can be viewed visually and a fragment of a grating structure, ensuring spectral separation of the signal of the individual modified symbols, is suggested for the coding of information in optical processing systems.
