Abstract:
Holograms were recorded in a photographic plate using radiation of 1.06 μ. wavelength. The radiation source was a YAG:Nd3+ master oscillator and a triple-pass Nd3+ glass amplifier (glass was of the GLS-1 grade). The output energy of the radiation was 1 J and it was in the form of 15 nsec pulses. The coherence length was at least 0.5 m. The resolving power of the photographic plate was at least 1000 lines/mm, its energy sensitivity was 0.05 J/cm2, and diffraction efficiency was 1%.
