Distributed-feedback semiconductor lasers operating in higher Bragg interaction orders

Abstract:
An investigation was made of the threshold and spatial characteristics of the radiation emitted from distributed-feedback semiconductor lasers operating in high even orders of the interaction under optical and electron pumping conditions. Distributed-feedback lasers with low thresholds, operating in high interaction orders, were consturcted.
