Anomalous correlation curve during self-diffraction in bulk silicon

Abstract: An anomalous correlation curve has been observed during self-diffraction in bulk silicon at various values of the excitation light intensity and sample temperature. The onset of his anomalous response with increasing intensity cannot be explained within the framework of existing models.
