Scanning device based on injection lasers

Abstract: A scanning device based on GaAs injection lasers is described. Scanning is achieved by delaying the injection pulses and by applying them successively to lasers forming a linear set. A description is given of the pulse generator. An oscillogram of the output radiation is reproduced.
