Abstract: Results on the formation of electroactive coatings based on fullerenes and their derivatives and their functioning are presented. Attention is focused on the fullerene–cationic lipid composite films immobilised on electrodes. The role of non-covalent interactions in the formation and functioning of fullerene-containing coatings is discussed.
