Yu. P. Shvachkin, G. P. Mishin, G. A. Korshunova

Lomonosov Moscow State University
Abstract: The present state of research into the development of methods of synthesis and into properties of aminoacids containing a natural nucleic acid base in the side chain (nucleoaminoacids) as well as the peptides formed from nucleoaminoacids (nucleopeptides) is examined. Attention is concentrated on the description of naturally-occurring representatives of these classes of compounds and on the analysis of prospects for their further investigation and use.
