Abstract:
Since the Eskov–Zinchenko effect was discovered (statistical instability of all samples of any human body parameters), some fundamental problems arose in biocybernetics and cybernetics in general. First, it is the proof of the dynamic systems theory and statistics inapplicability to the study and definition of biosystems. Second, there is no proof on the dynamic chaos absence in biosystems. Third, there is a problem of resolving type 1 and 2 uncertainties and the relation between biocybernetics and quantum mechanics. Fourth, there is the system synthesis problem. All these four problems are discussed in detail in this paper.
Keywords:
