Abstract:
The article discusses the modeling of the anodizing process of several extruded aluminum profiles in the COMSOL Multiphysics 5.3a software, using a stationary study with FEM. As a result of calculations, the patterns of current density distribution and electrode potentials of the electrolyte were obtained for three temperatures: 15$^\circ$C, 20$^\circ$C, and 25$^\circ$C.
Keywords:
anodizing, current density distribution, electrode potential, mathematical modeling.
