Rank analysis of qualitative features

In this paper, to solve the problem of quantitative analysis of relationships between nominal features, a special method of rank analysis is proposed, which consists in developing a mathematical apparatus based on the frequency characteristics of nominal features, within which the necessary mathematical constructions are determined to construct a definition of the concept of measurability of the relationship of nominal features. The correctness of the measurement of the introduced probabilistic characteristics on the samples is shown. The indicated move was implemented algorithmically, the program was written in the FORTRAN-IV language.
