The investigation of temperature fluctuations in melt at crystallization by the Czochralski method

A.S. Hovhannesyan, I. S. Rez

Yerevan State University
References:
Abstract: Temperature fluctuations occurring in melt at crystallization by the Czochralski method are studied. Experimental investigations are carried out at growth of lead molybdate monocrystals. An empirical formula is obtained establishing contact of temperature fluctuations amplitude and dimensionless parameters of crystal growth.
