Modeling of dynamic states of motor transport company

The work of typical motor transport company (MTC), providing freight services, is described. Based on the system approach, a plurality of possible states of the vehicle is examined. All of them are divided into two groups: operational and technological, the first group comprises 19 states, and the second one includes 5 states. The diagram of possible technological condi-tion of the car and the transitions between them is designed. The analysis of the MTC work is carried out using continuous Markov’s chains. Two formal models of MTC, presented as a set of differential equations, are built. One model is based on the working condition of the vehicle, while the second — on the technological condition. The most preferable is an approach based on the analysis of the operating conditions of the vehicle.
