Basis property of eigenfunctions of ordinary differential operators with integral boundary conditions

We prove that the eigenfunctions of an ordinary differential operator with regular Stieltjes boundary conditions form a Riesz basis in $L_2[0,1]$, The definition of the regularity for the Stieltjes boundary conditions is given in this paper.
