K. Morales Melendez

Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics
Abstract: A spectral sequence is constructed in the paper in terms of framed bordisms of manifolds with a quasi free action of a discrete group for description of bordisms of manifolds with the proper action of a discrete group $G$ using the Conner–Floyd method of fixed points construction.
Key words: manifold, discrete group, proper action, bordisms, spectral sequence.
