Abstract: The appraisal of the antropometric rates of physical development and functional parameters of cardiovascular system of 1029 students of Samara State University at the age from 16 to 21 years is done. The detected tendency of development and growth of modern Samara students coincides with the general vector of population development of a person and is typical for many Russian regions.
