Abstract:
The results of the numerical modelling of flow of viscoelastic fluid with free surface are shown on the example of the task about extrusion. As a rheological model, the constitutional model of a viscoelastic liquid FENE-P based on the molecular-kinetic theory is used. The influence of rheological property of polymeric fluid on the shape of a jet is shown.
