Abstract: The article considers the strategy of keeping the spacecraft in the vicinity of the unstable Lagrange point (libration point) of the Sun — Earth system. This strategy involves the use of special management. This control acts collinearly to the Sun — Earth line and ensures Lyapunov stability of the orbital motion. The implementation of such control is proposed using a solar sail. The advantages and difficulties of such a strategy are discussed.
