Abstract: Manufacturing enterprise with changing characteristics of demand, supply and storage, which are a development of the Wilson model of inventory management, are presented. Analytical expressions are obtained for finding the volume of supplies and the intervals between supplies under these conditions.
Keywords: production stocks, inventory management, insurance stock, supply costs, inventory storage costs.
