The present collection is the second issue in the new series of “Proceedings of Geometrical Seminar” (the first one was published in 1997). It contains papers of participants of International Geometric Lobachevskii seminar “Problems of Modern Geometry” (November, 28th – December, 1st, 2002) and International Student Seminar “Lobachevskii Readings – 2002”, report of international Jury on Lobachevskii Medal Awarding, an essay on history of Lobachevskii Medal and Lobachevskii Prize, and information on sessions of Geometrical Seminar in Kazan State University held in 1997–2002.
