Concerning heuristic methods of solving certain problems of controlling little production allocation

A. Ya. Lerner, F. Kh. Tsel'man

Moscow
Abstract: On the example of the problem of attaching consumers to suppliers there are discussed certain principal difficulties which have to be overcome when solving the problems of planning and controlling the little production allocation. There are given the considerations in favour of creating heuristic algorithms for such kind of problems and discussed the main ideas and the most important details of a heuristic algorithm for the problem of attaching.
