On design of self-checking structures

Yu. A. Kurochkin, A. S. Smirnov

Leningrad
Abstract: The reasonable application range is specified for self-checking redundant structure with (SRS) self-checking in-built control circuits (SIC) and triplicating majority structures (TMS). If there are more than two outputs of the digital unit, then with independent implementation of the output functions the TMS are more reliablethan SRS .
