On stabilization of a linear nonstationary system

Abstract: Phase coordinate-linear control is obtained which exponentially stabilizes a linear monstationary system. It is shown that in a number of cases no solution of the associated matrix Riccati equation is necessary but only a linear algebraic system with a special right-hand part should be solved.
