Decisions adopted by the 24th congress of the CPSU and problems of management in the national economy of the USSR

The paper urges a comprehensive approach to problems of planification, improvement of the inter-industry planning, wide application and further progress in economic mathematical methods and use of computing technology. Results of studies on computing the optimal plans in the Ministry of Instrumentation, Automation Hardware and Control Systems are discussed; the activity of the Ministry in new conditions of planification and economic incentives is described.
